In this free yoga class, you will discover ways and methods to quickly combat stress and anxiety that can be used throughout daily life, as well as help to improve mobility and general well-being.
- Non-Sweaty Flow: This class has been designed so that you won’t get sweaty – no need to worry about showering after.
- Beginners welcome: Suitable for all levels including complete beginners, so don’t be shy!
- Online Yoga: Join from the comfort of your own home, office meeting room, or where ever you may be!
- What to bring: Please wear loose clothing that allows you to move and stretch. Otherwise, you don’t need anything at all – just some space on the floor and a mat if you have one.
